1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using My Wellness HQ ("the Service"), operated by Forever Stay LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

My Wellness HQ is a wellness tracking platform that allows users to log workouts, nutrition targets, and weight entries. We offer both free and paid subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to it.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, spam, or abuse.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without authorization.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by Stripe. Stripe processes payments, handles tax compliance, and manages billing-related customer service on our behalf.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings or the Stripe customer portal.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Forever Stay LLC or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forever Stay LLC's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forever Stay LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
